1.1 Continuous improvement
? Improve manufacturing information and material flow
? Lead lean manufacturing process improvement projects or activities
? Develop fixtures, tools or equipment to continuously improve safety ,quality and productivity
? Maintains records in accordance with policies and procedures
1.2 ERP system implementation
? Develops manufacturing process routing;
? Improve material flow and information flow and set up in ERP system
? Maintain and update database of ERP system to keep good implementation
1.3 Support New product development
? Execute NPD manufacturing process and own manufacturing responsibilities : create standard works &instructions ,design fixtures , layout review ,develop process routing etc.
? Organize and cooperate with each related department to get all actions Ｏn project schedule
? Assist and support project team to achieve project goals .
1.4 Standard work development
? Develop and maintain work instructions for all manufacturing processes
? Develop standard work and lean line operation rules
? Process Documentation training to ensure good understanding and implementation
? ERP training for process continuous improvement
1.5 EHS
? Understand company EHS policy and objectives ,received training ,report risk within responsibility
? Create EHS JHA into SOP
? Take responsibilities defined by procedure of ISO14001/OHSAS 18001
Other objectives from department manager

1. 5 years manufacturing process improvement experiences; Fabrication experiences is preferred
2. Lean manufacturing or CI experiences , familiar to VSM or other trouble shooting tooling
3. Be creative , results orientation
4. Bachelor degree or above , Mechanical Or Related Major ;
5. Fluent verbal and written English;
6. Excellent communication , trouble shooting and data analysis skills
7. Good computer skill ,office excel /access, AUTOCAD .
