主要工作职责
1. Responsible for composing recruitment policy and work out corresponding work plans
负责招聘政策制定及相应的工作计划
2. Recruitment channels selection, maintenance, evaluation and update
招聘渠道选择,维护,评估和更新
3. According to recruiting request and plan, organize and implement recruiting; work closely with hiring manager to select and participate in evaluation of interviewees, and sum up opinions about candidates
根据招聘需求和计划,组织和开展招聘工作,与招聘部门经理选择候选人,参与面试、面试评估
4. Complete the enrollment workflow (medical check, job offer, On-board preparation etc.)
完成入职前准备工作(体检,录用通知书,入职前准备等)
5. Collect and maintain talents’ data and set up a databa
收集人才,并建立和维护人才库
6. Create and maintain up-to-date recruitment related reports
创建和维护招聘相关报表
7. In charge of visa application for overseas training and travel for GCD employees
负责大连工厂海外培训及出差需要的签证的申请
8. Responsible Trainee program support On labor contract and Onboarding & communication etc.
负责培训生相关的劳动合同、入职以及沟通相关工作
9. HR related training to new employee and visitors
针对新员工或访客进行人力资源相关培训
10.Responsible for company management training
